JT Production Management delivered end-to-end event management for the conference, including pre-conference site visits, conference program delivery, exhibition management, and stakeholder coordination.

Event Overview – Held over two conference days with additional pre-conference site visits, the program included keynote presentations, project case studies, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. The conference showcased best practice in the planning and design of health and care facilities and required coordination across speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates from across Australia and internationally.
