    Corporate Event Management FAQs

    What types of corporate and industry events do you manage?

    We manage a range of corporate and industry events. We work with a large number of associations across multiple industry sectors to help them to deliver their annual conferences, exhibitions and awards galas. For corporate and industry events, it doesn’t matter what format you want or need, we can deliver it, or if you would like us to brainstorm a creative out-of-the-box format for you, we have the creative team and minds to assist.

     

    How far in advance should we book your corporate event management services?

    It will depend on the type and size of event. As a general rule we always advise engaging your event management partner at least 12 months in advance. This allows us to help craft and plan out the event, but also gives sufficient lead times for venue and supplier procurement for your preferred dates, as well as a long enough communications and  runway to attract delegates and attendees. However, JTPM prides itself on being incredibly responsive on short-lead events as well.

    Do you offer international corporate event management?

    Yes, JTPM has a track record of delivering events internationally, including in Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Bali and more.

    What makes JT. Production Management different from other corporate event management companies in Melbourne?

    We have significant ancillary service offerings internally that many PCOs and event management companies don’t have, such as internal photography, videography, registration and app technology and travel management services. This better allows us to scale our value offering for our corporate and industry clients.

    Can you manage hybrid or virtual corporate events?

    We have extensive internal capability to deliver hybrid or virtual events, including webinars and livestream. As a production management business, we also stock a lot of the required equipment for virtual events internally, or alternatively we can work with a venue audio visual supplier to deliver the virtual event when hybrid is required.

     

    What’s included in your corporate event management services?

    We offer full end-to-end event management services, or alternatively can provide support in specific areas where it’s needed. We also offer ancillary services such as your registration and event app technology, photography and videography services, livestream and virtual events, travel management services, and marketing and communications services.

     

    Can you help us create inclusive corporate events?

    JTPM has a very strong focus on ensuring that the events that we help deliver create impact. Our events will always have a strong focus on inclusivity, diversity, and  accessibility, and we produce a report for our client on each event, with respect to these considerations.

     

    How do you create sustainable events that drive long-term industry impact?

    We have an impact metric checklist that encourages our team and our clients to consider sustainability within the event, for example  a printed program with a digital one. Our team will always consider how different components of an event can be adjusted, removed or added to be more sustainable.
